Feel free to wander our 14 acres or just relax by the river. The RV has a full bathroom, with small shower. It has a stove, microwave, fridge, a grill, and all the necessities to fix a great meal. The home owner currently resides in a private apartment in the lower level.

It is also a place where you can enjoy nature, walk the trails, enjoy a fire in the fire ring, have a cookout, and enjoy all that the woods has to offer. We live in the main house. The TinyHouse is on the back of our detached garage. It is a cozy and comfortable space where you will enjoy complete privacy.

State hunting land just down the road and Yankee Springs State Park a short drive away. Walk our trails, savor the gorgeous views, enjoy a campfire, and watch the wildlife. When the snow falls, bring your snowshoes or cross country skis to truly enjoy our property.

Hidden in the woods

Quiet, country setting that comfortably accommodates two. This space is above our garage, which is not attached to our house. We are often outside working or playing, but it is very private once you are upstairs! There is no WiFi here. There is a lovely, private balcony with a nice view, lots of random movies, and several fun games. Verizon service works great here, so if you have a Hotspot you could hook up to our smart TV.
