Family Legacy Resort, Making great family memories

We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. The Cottage At Long Lake

575 acre all-sports lake or wetland views from nearly every room in the home. You won't find another place that offers the ability for your group to swim, nature or bird watch, catch frogs or turtles, swim, fish or relax, like this home allows. Lakefront Cottage on All-Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

Gull Lake Lang Family Lake House

Close to Kalamazoo, Battle Creek and Grand Rapids this four-bedroom with 2 full bathrooms home is directly on Gull Lake (not in the bay or channel) with 107'of lake frontage including a 30' sandy beach. August rentals Saturday to Saturday only. October through May 30 night minimum. October- May monthly rates available. Consumers Energy bill not included. All other utilities included with monthly rental.
