The house is 130 sqm; kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating and a nice shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

A little on the side but close to a lot! The apartment is in a quiet residential area on Lundvallen in Sörberge. Private parking next to the property. Very close to Timrå ice rink, indoor bandy and soccer hall, cross-country skiing, and Timrå's new swimming hall. The accommodation is right next to beautiful Indalsälven. The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

A short distance from the house is Smitingen, one of Sweden's most beautiful seaside resorts, and with Härnösand, located at the start of the Höga Kusten World Heritage Site, just a few kilometres away, the location is perfect!

The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My university on the way. Relax in this quiet accommodation beautifully located with nice views of the river Ljungan. Private jetty where you can take a morning dip. Two SUPs with life jackets are also available to borrow. Only about 1 km from Matfors center where there are shops, restaurants, etc. Large terraces and garden for relaxation. You can also fish directly from the jetty (a fishing licence is required if you are over 15 years old) Only 12 km to the wonderful river fishing in the lower Ljungan (Salmon, Sea trout, Sea trout, etc.)
