The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

The Dairy Hut & Hot tub Barton Turf, Norfolk

Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years! Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

A spacious barn conversion in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Oak Barn Norfolk is a sympathetically, newly converted, barn in the village of Tunstead. It offers 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful double vaulted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, a snug, 3 bathrooms and a W/C. The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden.

Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.

A contemporary, light-filled, first-floor apartment perfectly designed for two positioned in the heart of the ever-popular village of Horning in the Norfolk Broads. The king-size bedroom comes with luxury bedlinen, plenty of wardrobe space and towels are also provided in the modern ensuite bathroom (with walk-in shower). There is a TV, DVD player (and plenty of DVDs), WIFI and a radio, as well as lots of information about local attractions.

The boat shed is a cosy studio, situated just a minutes stroll from Barton Broad, there is a super king bed that can be adapted to form 2 singles, please request which you prefer when booking, a kitchen area with double oven, hob, fridge washing machine, and microwave, the bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is a table and 2 chairs and a sofa. A large garden, with table and chairs and a bench, also a table tennis table.

Historic market towns are close by offering pubs, restaurants and shops. We offer a minimum 2 nights stay . Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owners who will show you around and give you general information on the area.

The Boat House is a wonderfully unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room overlooking the Broad. Fully centrally heated, it has a kitchenette, wet room and a summer house. A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available. We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings.
