Located in Baunei, Serafina's apartment is housed in an ancient stone building, recently renovated in compliance with the architectural canons and with the use of the materials of the ancient Baunese houses. The apartment located on the first floor has 1 bedroom, a private bathroom, an equipped living room kitchen and a veranda from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the entire valley and the mountains. A common room on the ground floor and an outdoor patio are also available for guests.

This is a recently renovated house with stones and wooden beams made functional and comfortable with the renovation of the systems. The ground floor consists of a large living room, full kitchen, double bedroom, large bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine; on the upper floor there is a loft, two double bedrooms and another bathroom with large shower. Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.
