The listing is in the courtyard of my property. 15 minutes by car from Strasbourg. The living room on the ground floor is pleasant and cool in summer. From the very first frostbite, a pellet stove warms up in a friendly way this place where (it is said) you feel good. Upstairs (spiral staircase) you will find a large master suite, a sink area, a shower and a small bedroom with a single bed and 1 child bed (up to 6 years old).

A stylish common area is presented with modern furnishings and vibrant blue curtains. A large dining table is surrounded by chairs, while two lounge areas feature upholstered seating. The house is 5 minutes from the town center of Ingwiller. You will find all the amenities, bakeries, restaurant, bank, pharmacy, shops. The train station is a 3-minute walk away. We are in the heart of Hanau country in the Northern Vosges. You can discover the museums, walks, gourmet restaurants or the Bouxwiller Christmas market. You can also get to Strasbourg easily by train in 30 minutes and Saverne in 20 minutes.
