We visited Cebu to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and despite a delayed arrival, our stay was absolutely worth it. The place is beautiful, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. Miss Lindsay was incredibly kind and responsive — she even let us check out late at no extra cost, which we deeply appreciated. If you’re visiting Cebu with loved ones, I highly recommend booking this place. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

Great Place!! I had a wonderful stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The check-in process was straightforward, with clear instructions that made getting in super simple. The place itself was spotless and well-kept, with a modern, cozy feel that made it easy to settle in right away. One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was absolutely beautiful and added a really peaceful vibe to the whole stay. The location was also really convenient, with shops and stores just a short walk away, which made grabbing essentials or a quick bite incredibly easy. Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing experience, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed place to stay.

Well located apartment (everything as described and as seen in the photos). Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Communication with the host was very quick and easy. The host was very friendly and helpful. We spent 7 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

I'm usually in Cebu once every 3 months, and this place has become my home away from home. This was my 4th (?) time staying in this unit, and like how clean and homey it feels. I like the place because it feels homey. It’s also close to the school where I took my exam and near several restaurants. The area is very safe and quiet.

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay at this spacious and well-maintained three-bedroom unit. It was a lovely place to be with our kids—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which made things extra convenient. The outdoor community is a bit dated and the roads around the area could use some improvement. That said, it was great to see other kids around for ours to play with, which made the experience more enjoyable for them. Overall, it’s a great place for both short stays, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and functional home base. We were also able to easily order food in when needed. Thanks for a smooth and relaxing stay!

Anita is a great host. Very accommodating with check in/out times. Quick response to messages. The accommodation is in a nice secure location with a decent grocery store pool and gym pretty close to the house. No a/c but lots of fans provided along most of cutlery and cooking utensils that anyone needs.

I booked this villa for my family, and they had an incredible stay! The property was absolutely stunning—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. They especially loved the private pool and jacuzzi, which made the experience feel extra luxurious and relaxing. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Santi’s place! The space was extremely clean, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The host communicated well and always responded in a timely manner. We also had the pleasure of meeting her, she’s an absolute sweetheart! The location was perfect for us, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and spa all nearby. We loved the convenience of having everything we needed within walking distance, without having to rely on transportation. We also had the convenience of the gym and pool during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it!
