The beautiful old building apartment has a lot of charm, is quiet and yet super well connected; direct tram lines to the exhibition area, to the main train station and to the airport. On foot you are in 10 minutes in the city center, has a large idyllic park around the corner. Especially in the warm seasons, the private courtyard is the perfect place to relax, work or even eat comfortably. The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa. The kitchen and bathroom are modern.

The SBB train station and the old town can be easily reached in 10 minutes by tram, bike (can be provided if needed) or on foot. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Shopping is available right next to the house. Restaurants nearby.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a lovingly renovated house with a garden, near the city limits of Basel. It lies 9 minutes by tram from the SBB train station and right across from the idyllic recreation area Grün 80. The apartment is flooded with light and airy.
