Our house is a very nice and big home on 3 floors, with a big garden around, in a small street of a residential district. The interior is a cool mix of new and old. Your room on the 2nd floor (for yourself) is comfortable and fancy: a small world for yourself, where you can relax for sure. The spacious living rooms with big windows is the best place where to start your day. In just 10 minutes you are in the centre, in the world famous Fondation Beyeler and in a magnifent nature surroundings.

The apartment is well lit, spacious, very cozy, ideal for family and friends and (P) Centralized, in less than three minutes you will find Super Markets, Pharmacy, Drugstore, Restaurants, Banks, ATMs and Public Transportation. With public transportation it only takes 15 minutes to Messeplatz and Barfüserplatz. The city's busiest park is next door, where you can find relaxation and fun in nature with the meeting of 2 rivers.

My house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Basel (Hirzbrunnen). You can reach Basel city centre in a few minutes by tram (free) or bike (optional). My house is modernly furnished and offers space for max 4 people. A large shaded seating area is included. Sustainability (solar thermal energy, photovoltaics with storage) is important to me. A private car park directly in front of the house is also included.
