Close to the train station, well served by public transport. In the lively Gundeldingen district with various restaurants and shops, including urban infrastructure. The two-storey apartment has a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a small balcony on the 4th floor and a tea kitchen (incl. Fridge, washing machine & dryer) and a large roof terrace on the 5th floor.

The loft is almost continuously sunny. The trade fair, Art Basel, center, Rhine promenade, restaurants, cafés, shops, market and supermarkets are nearby. Both train stations are directly on our bus line. The airport is 30 minutes or 10 minutes away. The terrace leads to the huge green quiet courtyard. The interaction in the house is pleasant and cordial. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and granite surfaces. The Casper bed has a premium mattress.

The large and bright flat is located on the third and fourth floors. If you want to experience the city up close, the flat on Spalenberg is ideally located. It is a 2-minute walk to the market square and another 2 minutes to the Rhine. If you want to go to the cinema or theatre in the evening, everything is within walking distance. The flat is divided over 2 floors and is very quiet.
