The old building apartment is located about a 10-minute walk from the SBB train station. It is very quietly situated on a small side street. The photos show the apartment in Basel. There are shops nearby and a beautiful park close by. The BaslerCard, which includes a free public transport ticket, is included in the price.

My house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Basel (Hirzbrunnen). You can reach Basel city centre in a few minutes by tram (free) or bike (optional). My house is modernly furnished and offers space for 3 people. A large shaded seating area is included. Sustainability (solar thermal energy, photovoltaics with storage) is important to me. A private car park directly in front of the house is also included.
