The city center and train station can be easily reached on foot or by bus/tram. The exhibition center can be reached in 15-20 minutes with a direct connection. Fully equipped kitchen with roof terrace (approx. 8 m²). Bathroom with shower. Large bed. TV corner with sofa bed for 1 person/2 children. A washer/dryer is available. Parking spot outside the house.

Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften, Kunst und Kultur, Parks und vom Center. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der zentralen Lage. Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien geeignet. Achtung: ab 31.03.2025 wird die Strasse vor dem Haus umgebaut und das Tram wird umgeleitet. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

It is a 2-minute walk to the market square and another 2 minutes to the Rhine. If you want to go to the cinema or theatre in the evening, everything is within walking distance.
