Our house is located directly on the Rhine in the quiet Wallbach. You will find peace and quiet with us after a hike or bike tour. However, you can also be very active from here, canoeing, Rhine swimming, excursions to Augusta Raurica and more. We are also an attractive starting point for visits to Basel (Beyeler Museum, ART Basel, etc.). By public transport they can reach Basel within 1/2 hour without any problems. We would be happy to advise you on further excursions in our beautiful region.

The center of the "Stedtli" Liestal with various restaurants, shops, museum and culture as well as the train station can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by car to Basel main station, another 20 minutes by bus to Basel Mulhouse BLS airport. You will stay with us in a cozy, clean and nicely furnished guest room. An abundant breakfast will be offered to you! B&B - "chez nous" is located in a quiet area in the city of Basel. You can reach the city centre within 18 minutes by bus 33. You can reach the SBB train station within 10-12 minutes by bus 48. You can reach the airport within 18-21 minutes by bus 36 and 50. You can reach Messe Basel in 21-29 minutes by bus/tram.

In BnB Bird's Nest in Allschwil: Very cozy room with 1 bed 90 cm or with double bed at 180 cm. Then with 2 beds, however, it is very tight in the room! (we have a total of 5 rooms). Small seat and large stone table in a natural garden with a bird paradise. Bus ride to the center of Basel only 19 min! /10 min by car! Can you feel comfortable in such a house? Yes, I have lived here for many years and would like to share my home with a lot of people. The rather unconventional house is located in the countryside near Basel and is also easily accessible by public transport in 30 minutes from Basel (Basel-Mulhouse airport 30 min. by car). The Goetheanum is in the nearest town (6 km).
