Our house is located directly on the Rhine in the quiet Wallbach. You will find peace and quiet with us after a hike or bike tour. However, you can also be very active from here, canoeing, Rhine swimming, excursions to Augusta Raurica and much more. We are also quite attractive as a starting point for visits to Basel (Beyeler Museum, ART Basel, etc.). You can easily reach Basel within 1/2 hour by public transport. We are also happy to advise you on further excursions in our beautiful region.

The center of the "Stedtli" Liestal with various restaurants, shops, museum and culture as well as the train station can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by car to Basel main station, another 20 minutes by bus to Basel Mulhouse BLS airport. In BnB Bird's Nest in Allschwil: Very cozy room with 1 bed 90 cm or with double bed 180 cm. Then with 2 beds it is very cramped in the room! (We have a total of 5 rooms). The rather unconventional house is located in the countryside near Basel and is also easily accessible by public transport in 30 minutes from Basel (Basel-Mulhouse Airport 30 minutes by car). The Goetheanum is in the next town (6 km).
