Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien geeignet. Achtung: ab 31.03.2025 wird die Strasse vor dem Haus umgebaut und das Tram wird umgeleitet. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

Enjoy a weekend in central Basel; easy connections to Basel Euroairport, SBB train station, and Basel Messe (Fair). Walkable to the city center in under 20 min. Trams (1,3) and buses (38,31) steps away. Spacious 80 m2/ 860 sq.ft to not be cramped. There is a minimal of personal items and (live) plants in the apartment (that you don’t need to take care of).

River Birs which is almost in front of the house is giving you an opportunity for a refreshing walk, jogging, swimming, sunbath, or BBQ. City center 10min by tram, 30 min by a walk along the wonderful river Rhine. St. Jakob 10min to walk. SBB train st. 15min with the tram.

The quiet self-contained apartment has complete amenities to stay longer (furnished apartment) and has a separate entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy everyday use (including dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge). In the area, the forest and nature park, public transport and the Goetheanum are within walking distance in 10 minutes. There is a small outdoor area with a table and chairs. Fast Wi-Fi is available.

Here you have the possibility to use a 2-room attic apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is bright and quiet. It is well divided for two people and it is fully furnished, with TV and game console (XBox). The kitchen has an oven, microwave and Nespresso machine. The apartment is centrally located 100 m to public transport and by car you can reach the highway in 8 km.

Large, bright old town apartment

The large and bright flat is located on the third and fourth floors. If you want to experience the city up close, the flat on Spalenberg is ideally located. It is a 2-minute walk to the market square and another 2 minutes to the Rhine. If you want to go to the cinema or theatre in the evening, everything is within walking distance. The flat is divided over 2 floors and is very quiet.

Our wooden house radiates coziness and is in a quiet location, in the middle of a large garden with an adjoining forest. Basel can be reached in about 25 minutes by public transport. The Goetheanum is a 5-minute walk away, the Dorneck ruins are right around the corner.
