This stylish place to stay is perfect for those who love design, nature and hiking. Immersed in the green hills of Friuli, near the Alpe Adria Cycle Route and other destinations of interest (see the guide). Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. House in the countryside, located within the Prati Umidi dei Quadris biotope. The property also houses the ancient Fetar Furnace. A unique experience in nature, where you can relax to the song of crickets and birds, where you can admire the flight of herons and storks and savor sensations that are now far away. The area is hilly and suitable for pleasant walks and bike rides, adjacent to the Udine Golf Club fields and 3 km from the center of Fagagna, Borgo d'Italia.

For history lovers, we recommend visiting the Gorizia museums, the Great War sites such as San Michele, Sabotino and Caporetto mountains. We are close to the Slovenian border where you can spend hours of leisure and relaxation in the two casinos located in Nova Gorica.
