Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Basse-Terre

We were well received by Jessica in the hamlet of Anse Ferry in Deshayes, the check-in instructions were clear (independent check-in, key box). The home is located in an authentic neighborhood, a few dozen meters from the sea and a very friendly restaurant. The very pretty beach of Leroux, very close, quiet, is very nice. We took excellent baths, admired the fish (left and right of the beach at the rock level) and even the iguanas. Very good place to crisscross the northwest coast of Basse Terre and enjoy the beautiful beaches up to Ste Rose. Don't forget to take a trip to the lagoon and mangrove from the port of Ste Rose.

We had a great time at Marinette and Jean-Louis's place. They are responsive, attentive and extremely kind (little extra for the planter made by Jean-Louis). Their garden is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation is very clean, cute and functional. It felt like home. What a sadness to have to leave, 😪 it has become for us our must-see for a stay in Guadeloupe! Thank you again so much ☺️

We stayed here for a week and loved it. The apartment was spotlessly clean and quiet. Driving directions were clear and check in was easy. They provided guidance on what to do so we were able to explore and enjoy so many things from beaches to snorkeling to great during our short week there. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals, and there are food restaurants within driving distance. We were a short drive to Malendure Beach. The view is amazing. We sat on the porch everyday just to absorb the beautiful view. Jean Pierre and Gaelle host happy hours to welcome new residents. It was a wonderful way to meet other people. Their hospitality made our visit extra special. We also appreciated how kind and patient they were with our limited knowledge of French and our use of Google translate and a French-English dictionary. Thank you for a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming visit!

Nothing was missing for our comfort and tranquility! Exceptional view of the sea! Very good location to discover Basse-Terre. Our host and his partner welcomed us warmly and responded promptly to our needs. We would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you so much for everything!

We stayed 2 nights at Karen 's. ground floor in detached house. clean, airy and bright space. very convenient car location. very nice and pleasant garden in the evening. we chose this accommodation to get closer to the departure of the saints. embarcadere 2kms , reached by foot in 20 min. we could have spent more time at Karen's place with pleasure.

The big highlight of the listing is its location. Close to Malendure beach, shops ...no need to take the car ( because parking during the day to access it seems quite epic! ) in the heart of local life. Welcoming host. Very simple, clean accommodation... efficient!perfect for visiting lowland. We leave with regret...

The house is simple, pleasant and well appointed and a good value for the money. It has 2 covered terraces with different exhibitions: - one with a table and chairs, overlooking the back facade, - the other with garden furniture, located on the front facade. The Garden is planted with a few fruit trees and flowering shrubs. A creek runs along the back fence. The neighborhood is quiet and a small bakery shop is 100m away. The house is located 4 minutes (by car) from the thermal baths of Sofaïa. We had a great time in this lovely house and recommend it.

We had a great time at Franck's place! The accommodation is perfect with these two large air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms and above all this huge loggia with totally open sea views. Beautiful! Close to Deshaies, you can easily radiate on Basse Terre. One can walk in ten minutes to the beach of La Perle and in 20 minutes to that of Grande Anse, with even the possibility of swimming in front of the house. Franck is very welcoming and has good tips. We immediately felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. a great place! Thanks again Franck! 🙏

We'll miss the view. It was a review that came back a lot, but after staying there I understand now. It's a real little paradise in the mountains. We loved it! The place is also very large and plenty of places to relax outside with the noise of nature.

We had a pleasant stay. The house is large, clean and very equipped. The location is at the top, in the heart of the island. Thank you for your attention upon arrival. We'll be happy to go back!

What can I say... we had an exceptional week in this peaceful home in the middle of nature which has a lush garden and is populated by fauna Ideally located to enjoy Basse Terre, whether for walks in the forest but also for the beaches We will especially remember the warm and generous welcome of our hosts Pascal and Thérèse An encounter that will stay with us for a long time for sure. We had a great time with Thierry and Ghislaine. The Cocotiers house is very welcoming with its beautiful garden, swimming pool, private spa. Beautiful atmosphere in the evening under the carbet to taste Thierry's very good planter. The location is perfect, two small grocery stores and a bakery nearby. Thierry, Ghislaine and Idriss are very friendly, considerate, available, and a lot of humor. Their kindness made us feel right at home. From good tips to thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. We stayed at Suzy's place while we visited Basse Terre. The accommodation is at the heights of Ste Rose, very private and easy to access by car. We meet in the middle of the vegetation and it's great for relaxing. Very good stay go!

Very nice studio with everything you need handy! A short walk (few minutes only) from the beautiful Grande Anse beach with bars and restaurants. A little convenience store and bus stops immediately nearby and just about 1,5 km to Deshaies, easy to reach even on foot.

We had a great time at Elodie's place, a very responsive and pleasant host. The location of the accommodation is perfect for discovering the whole island. The pool (which is accessed at any time, even in the evening) is a bonus for the accommodation. We would highly recommend this one.

A beautiful through apartment, ventilated by the breeze. George is always very attentive and very responsive to requests you can make, while being very respectful of the place. The road serving the shopping area of Sainte Rose is just behind, to find the house, it's the road in front of autosur and a health center, but George sends a GPS point a few hours before taking the rental (if you don't forget to look at your phone like me!)
