A 36 m2 apartment and a 15 m2 terrace are available on the ground floor adjoining another apartment separated by a wall Direct access to the creek is 3 m from the terrace by a staircase. There is a reversible air conditioner for real comfort in summer and winter. Functional apartment (washing machine, TV, WiFi etc.) linens provided Parking space is available in front of the house. From May to October, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

The cottage has a kitchenette, a new 140 cm sofa bed as well as a dining area, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning you also have a bathroom and toilet. To relax, you have a shaded terrace without neighbors with mountain views.
