Situato vicino alla stazione dei treni, accanto al Teatro Lyrick, al Centro Federale del Pugilato, al PalaEventi e alla Piscina Comunale. La Basilica della Porziuncola è raggiungibile a piedi. Percorrendo la Strada Mattonata, un percorso pedonale di 3 km, si possono ammirare straordinarie prospettive di Assisi, fino a raggiungere la Basilica di San Francesco.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !
