This quaint, cozy, country cottage is only minutes east of Batesville., AR. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, laundry and lovely yard with pergola in back including firepit. Wifi is strong and fast and easy to stream. Beds are for 4 guests, but extra mattress can be used for 5th guest, Bathroom does have shower as well. Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).
