In the heart of Batignolles, across the street from the famous food market, lies my apartment which is for rent as a studio during my absences. Comfortable queen size bed in a spacious living room with a workstation and dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower, separate toilet. Pets welcome, I have 2 cats that travel with me. 20 minutes walk to Montmartre, 45 minutes walk to the Louvre, 5 minutes walk to the metro lines 13 (Brochant) and 14 (Pont Cardinet).

This 55 m2 apartment with a 20 m2 outdoor terrace is located on the 6th floor between Boulevard Haussmann and Avenue des Champs Elysées. It consists of an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed overlooking the terrace and a living/dining room with sofa bed, very bright with modern décor. The bathroom with toilet is very functional. Guests can fully enjoy the south-facing terrace to relax, eat and even have a barbecue!!

I recommend the Damiani bakery on the corner, which will give you the taste of a butter croissant from my childhood.

Amazing apartment totally renovated facing one of the most ancient Gothic cathedrals in the world, preciously decorated. Very sunny 4th floor walk-up located between the Louvre and Pont Neuf, with a bedroom (queen size bed) , a large living room with a very confortable sofa bed (140x190), full kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, fireplace, flat TV and fast wifi!
