In the heart of Batignolles, across the street from the famous food market, lies my apartment which is for rent as a studio during my absences. Comfortable queen size bed in a spacious living room with a workstation and dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower, separate toilet. Pets welcome, I have 2 cats that travel with me. 20 minutes walk to Montmartre, 45 minutes walk to the Louvre, 5 minutes walk to the metro lines 13 (Brochant) and 14 (Pont Cardinet).

This studio is designed to be comfortable (many amenities: 55" TV, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, oven, heated mirror, washer-dryer, etc.) and will make you feel at home in this city with a thousand historic places. I recommend the Damiani bakery on the corner, which will give you the taste of a butter croissant from my childhood.

Very sunny 4th floor walk-up located between the Louvre and Pont Neuf, with a bedroom (queen size bed) , a large living room with a very confortable sofa bed (140x190), full kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, fireplace, flat TV and fast wifi!
