Right in the heart of Salcombe yet away from the lively bustle of the town, this comfortable bijou studio is in the iconic Salcombe Apartments building right on the waterfront. Accessed through landscaped private gardens, the studio has magnificent uninterrupted views of the beautiful Salcombe estuary and the beaches and fields of East Portlemouth. The studio benefits from free, reserved on-site parking, use of the heated outdoor swimming pool (in season) and direct water access via the pontoon.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. This beautiful flat nicknamed The Boathouse, in the heart of Salcombe town 100m to the shops and estuary, but away from the hustle and bustle. Sit on the balcony to bask and watch the sailing, or check out boats at Normandy pier and the beach. Formerly a hotel, this Victorian villa was converted into apartments in the 90’s. Pet friendly and located a short level walk from Salcombe’s many shops, pubs and restaurants and just meters away from the water’s edge, Slate Cottage has the most wonderful views of the estuary and countryside beyond. Set across three floors, the property is well equipped and has garage parking for one small car.
