The property is located on a quiet side street with a superb balcony views across the estuary. A hidden gem, perfect for those looking for the real Salcombe experience. The property is beautifully appointed with the kitchen diner on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor. The top floor comfortable lounge with large sofa is a magical hidden view point to sit and relax see the estuary and far reaching views. The house is situated on a quiet side street in central Salcombe. It is perfectly located for walking to the shops and restaurants and is a stones throw from the estuary. .

Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car, 2 on request. A lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & the other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS. Any questions, please just ask
