Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Battaramulla

My family and I, wanted a place in Colombo for a month. After looking for a long time, we finally found this apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The best thing is the property it self which has many facilities such as the gym, pool, supermarket and an ATM. There are many restaurants close by aswell. Overall the experience was great. The only drawback if any I would say is the height of the bed, which is very low to the ground. Other than that fantastic place.

Very easy access with Dilan’s instructions and had zero issues with everything. Very well taken care of, perfect mix of homey feeling and modern. Will 100% stay again! Loved this place!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic 4-night stay at Chandi’s place in Sri Lanka. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline. Chandi was an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and always responsive. She kindly allowed us to check in early, which made our arrival much more convenient. When we informed her about the air conditioning issue, she had it fixed promptly, ensuring a comfortable stay. She also went out of her way to help us find a car to visit Sigiriya, making our trip even smoother. The highlight for my family was the pool—my kids absolutely loved it! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely love to return in the future!

Extremely spacious apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Location very central for a 15min tuk tuk to most places. A full gym with rowing machine, tread mill and weights. Fantastic 25min pool. Great views to the east across the Royal Golf Course (with trains through the fairway). Mini mart on the complex.

Kr kindly accepted a short notice booking from me. The apartment was perfect for my needs as a solo female traveller attending Gangarama Temple’s Nawam Perahara. I could even see the precession from the balcony. The apartment was suitably clean and tidy. Stunning finishes and decor. Great hot water shower and aircon - two of my must haves :) Kr was very responsive to my questions and gave detailed information of how to self check-in. The building staff are very friendly and helpful for anything you might need support with. Recommend staying here if you’re in Colombo.

Mr Jayantha was very accommodating. He made sure everything was working and right at home. He kept in touch with us throughout the stay and even topped up the internet for the kids. He was able to meet us at 5am. for check-in and midnight for checkout. Thank you again for the hospitality.

It's a lovely, very private and clean place. Lots of art around and an art atmosphere. Many artists also come to absorb knowledge and help. An excellent place for a long stay, especially for those involved in art.

We stayed at this place for over two weeks. Host Sudaththa and the manager Lakshanee were responsive and ready to help. Our flight arrived after midnight and the drive from airport was slow due to heavy rain. Lakshanee waited for us to let us in and introduce the facilities. They were also happy to accommodate our request to get some groceries for our immediate needs. The pool on the roof is small but very clean and is set in nice surroundings (can see the ocean from the rooftop). A/c units and fans kept us cool and the generator on standby meant there was no power interruption for more than a few seconds. The security guards were alert even after 19 pm and opened the gate for us when we were a little late to get back. Overall the experience was better than anticipated. The kitchen utensil range is limited but if we had asked I believe what we needed would have been provided. We did not because we only needed to make breakfast and tea there.

This is my second time staying at Lahiru’s place. It was a very pleasant experience. Lahiru and his father were very warm and friendly, and had all amenities mentioned. The layout of the house is luxurious and very pleasant. The place has an attractive jogging path around the lake, and the tranquility that comes with it makes it a pleasant place to stay. If I had to describe the area in a few words, I would say “peaceful environment to live in”. I definitely hope to come back for a third time.

a great place to stay.. it suited us fine, as my friend ended up at the Lanka hospital.. close enough to Colombo for shopping. will surely come back again..

We had a wonderful stay here! we found the home to be very clean and well taken care of. the rooftop pool was an incredible experience. The host was very friendly and showed us around and took the time to explain everything to us. We look forward to booking here again.

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Udeni and her husband were very kind and always available at any time of the day, this is the second time we saw each other and it was like being at home, Udeni has helped us a lot and is a good cook, she prepared us "kola kanda" and many other good things in the country, the moment we were sick she took care of us as if they were her children. The house is very spacious and tidy as always, we will definitely be back again.

It's a great place to stay. Very clean ans tidy. Felt right at home. Sumal was a great host. He was very friendly and professional. Always available to communicate at anytime of the day. Very clear instructions on everything and very thoughtful of every little detail. Never felt any uneasiness at Sumal's place. Would definitely come again! 😊 ❤️

Hosts gave clear instructions for me to get to the location without any hassle, also they were there to receive me even though I reached the place late night, really appreciate that. Overall the place is good with all the required facilities.

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Great apartment! Fully corresponds to the description and photos, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room-kitchen. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows in bedrooms. 5 minutes from the apartment there is a beach (if you want to relax on the sunbeds and under umbrellas, I recommend the place of Mrs.Muriel Fernando near the Sugar beach cafe. A very friendly host organizes everything you need for a comfortable stay on the beach). 7 minutes from the apartment in the other direction is the main street, which has plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops. The stay in this apartment was wonderful! For any questions related to the apartment, Raja helped us, he also helped to organize the tour

The hosts were exceptionally gracious and accommodating, offering a welcoming and unrestricted environment. I highly recommend this property for private getaways with friends or family.

Great stay. Would definitely return and stay again. Asela was soo helpful for us in our last minute stay and changes. We mixed up our departure times but had we stayed Asela allowed for an extended checkout beyond the normal.

Booked this place for a visit back home to Sri Lanka along with two others, and was pleasantly surprised by the apartment building, and the convenient location. Asanka was very gracious in welcoming us and showing us the apartment and providing sufficient instructions for us hit the ground running. The amenities were excellent (specially the assortment of snacks he had set up which hits the spot with nostalgia filled joy for a Sri Lankan who grew up in Sri Lanka), Apartment was very clean, there was a washing machine and a drying stand, and the balcony was amazing with views of the western beach and a bit of the city skyline, two bathrooms and massive beds with clean sheets and clean towels. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and cups, pots, pans and everything you need to whip up a quick meal. We even baked some cookies in the kitchen. Loved the place overall. Chathura arranged indoor parking in the 5th floor, and the building is close proximity to everything you need!

Frankly one of the most charming properties I've ever stayed at. Chandi and Lucy have a lovely family heirloom on their hands and it's wonderful that they make the effort to share it. This was a very cosy warm place. He was really a good host. Host told me about many places in Sri Lanka. I got lots of information from him.some one received us from the hotel. He decorated our room for our anniversary beautifully.the Host does the extra mile if he has to. Very friendly and cordial. We simply loved this apartment and the neighbour hood. Peaceful safe neighbour good. And many things are nearby in walking distance. We will surely be back in the same apartment when we come to Sri Lanka. Pubudu is a gem of a person. Although our stay at his home was only 3 nights, he was helpful for our entire holiday in Sri Lanka. He even provided extremely reasonable prices road travel.options within Sri Lanka. As regards his home, it is a great options for those looking for a peaceful and serene location. His home is exactly as listed and in fact has more than what is listed. Pubudu has taken care of everything one could possibly require on their travels. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped for those who prefer to cook for themselves. The building complex also has a nice swiming pool which can be used. The apartment is a home away from home.

Heshan is extremely friendly, responsive and hospitable. The sea view is of course the apartment's star feature, but the apartment itself has everything one needs and the rooftop pool is a joy. It's easy to get to the centre and many other locations.
