Great place felt right at home!

We are repeat customers and we always look forward to our time in Woodbine. The house has great character, very spacious, plenty of bathrooms and the basement space is an added bonus as well. We look forward to our next stay!

We are repeat customers at the O'Conner house. Jessica is quick to respond and great to work with. Home is always clean, its updated & spacious for our team. We look forward to our next stay in Dunlap.

We have stayed here before when in town and will plan to again in the future if it is available!! Meets our needs perfectly!

The barn was a very a very beautiful and restful retreat after a family funeral. The host was very helpful and accommodating with our unique schedule needs. The space is particularly grounding, from the stone tile floor to the horses in the fields and the weeping Willow tree at the front door. The place is filled with peace and quiet comfort.

Tammy and her husband were absolutely wonderful to Erica and I! We felt like family from the minute we arrived! The details in/outside the barn are simply amazing! Seriously loved the personal touches everywhere! The pizza, the egg bake, breakfast foods, snacks, too many remarkable things to list them all! There is a tremendous amount of love and talent put into this historic barn! My only wish is that the people who built this barn over 100 years ago were to still with us to enjoy it! They would be so proud of the heart and soul that has been poured into! We can’t thank you enough for the wonderful hospitality and memories made! We will definitely be back to see you both! House was very nice. We had a large group meeting half way between South Dakota and Iowa and it had more than enough room for our large group to celebrate our Christmas. The kids really enjoyed all the games downstairs, pool table, air hockey, foosball, etc. Tons of room on the main floor to have multiple card games going at once at two separate tables. Couldn’t have asked for a better set up. Every family had their own room and plenty of bathrooms.

My son and I went for a few days of relaxation and fall fishing. Great location, perfect for two (at least). Everything as described. Near food options, public docks (the private one was already down for the season), boat ramps and a state park. Jessica was super flexible and allowed a last-minute extension of our stay.
