Heated floors - all over the area and air conditioners in each room separately. The apartment renovation was completed in June 2024.

Penthouse with veranda (BIG SALE!!!)

The apartment is located in the central and old area of Batumi, 300 meters from the sea. The apartment is renovated and fully equipped. The apartment has a large veranda with a view of the city. I can meet the guest at the airport in Batumi and help with anything you need. I also have a car (jeep), in which the magu organize excursions to the mountainous Adjara. As well as a maga to meet you at Kutaisi airports.

A modern bedroom is presented with a spacious bed topped with crisp white linens and a dark quilt. Sheer curtains filter natural light, revealing a view of the balcony and surrounding buildings. Wooden flooring complements the understated, elegant design.

Our facility is decorated with simple and elegant colors. It has everything you need to live in and the located in city center. We offer not only sea but also city, lake and mountain views.
