Family comfort

Our apartment is located in a new 12-storey building on the 11th floor with a large veranda and stunning views of the sea and mountains. The house has two elevators, free parking in the yard. All infrastructure, including restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stop are near the house. There are also vegetable markets nearby, where every day you can buy fresh Georgian cheese, aromatic spices, seasonal vegetables and fruits. In 6-8 minutes walk there is a cable car, and to the boulevard, coastal area and beach 10-15 minutes walk

Our facility is decorated with simple and elegant colors. It has everything you need to live in and the located in city center. We offer not only sea but also city, lake and mountain views. At the same time our guests have opportunity to taste local delicacies free of charge, including delicious Georgian wine, cheese and dessert. Our facility is new and we will have special surprises for our first guests.
