The living space extends over one floor with a living/bedroom as well as an adjoining kitchen, fully equipped. A counter with 3 bar stools makes for a particularly inviting feeling. In addition to the private garden, the highlight of the apartment is the open shower, which has access via the kitchen. The box spring bed is 160 x 200 cm.

In der Nähe befinden sich u.a. der Schlosspark Rauischholzhausen und die historische Universitätsstadt Marburg (12 km). Für maximale Flexibilität ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Eine Ladestation für Elektroautos (11kW) ist vorhanden und kann auf Wunsch genutzt werden (kostenpflichtig). Der Übernachtungspreis versteht sich inklusive Endreinigung.

The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

In der unteren Etage des Gebäudes befindet sich unser kleines Hofcafé, das nur am Wochenende geöffnet ist. Von dort geht es über eine Treppe zum Loft. Die Wohnebene ist ca. 65qm groß, eine offene Schlafebene ist über eine weitere Treppe zu erreichen!
