Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. There are many reasons and motives to visit Kassel. tHE GREEN HOUSE is the perfect starting point to get to know Kassel. We are pleased to meet you! „tHE GREEN HOUSE“ can be used for 2 - 4 people. It has a seperate entrance, from where you get to the 35 qm big living quaters with a kitchenet and the dining table. On the first floor is the bedroom with one full-size bed as well as a small bathroom with a shower. The coach in the living quaters can also be used as a second bed. The holiday flat comes with its own terrace. It’s got a light, modern look and can be inhabited from june 2012 on. After the complete renovation is finished. Appointments and service: Kitchen with frigde, electric cooker and stove, W-Lan, TV. It’s a non-smoking flat, towels and bed-linen are provided. Bad Wilhelmshöhe and hillside park The urban district of "tHE GREEN HOUSE" offers many coffee-stores, restaurants and supermarkets. Very close to the holidayflat you find the „Kurhessen-Therme“, where you can swim and relax. „Bad Wilhelmshöhe“ is easy to reach by train or car.   The „Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe“ is Europe's largest hillside park. This year (2012) the country „Hessen“ requested for the „Bergpark“ to be part of UNESCO - world heritage.

We are renting out an idyllically located holiday home in Kassel's prettiest district Bad Wilhelmshöhe. While centrally located near both public transport stations as well as Europe’s largest hill park "Bergpark", it's still amazingly quiet and peaceful. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance as are fields and meadows that will make you forget you're actually in a city. We offer two separate sleeping areas, a well-equipped kitchen as well as living room and space for working.

Beautiful 2-room apartment with garden view

Our apartment is minimalist, clear and charmingly decorated. Kassel-Kirchditmold district. All hotspots (UNESCO World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Anthroposophical Center, Congress Palace Stadthalle, etc.) are easily accessible. The ICE train station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The kitchen is not integrated in the apartment, but there is an option to make tea or coffee. A small refrigerator (non-alcoholic beer and mineral water at your disposal!) is available.

Enjoy your visit to Kassel on the edge of the mountain park in the stylish apartment on 50 m². The location leaves nothing to be desired. Wilhelmshöhe train station is only 900 meters away and the nearest tram stop "Kunoldstraße" can be reached in 400 meters. From here you can take the train within 10 minutes to the middle of Kassel city center. The UNESCO World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park with its impressive water features is within walking distance.

Charming apartment as an annex in a central location - it is a 5-minute walk to Wilhelmshöhe train station and the city center can also be reached quickly by tram. In addition, the apartment is within walking distance to the World Heritage Mountain Park (15 mins walk). The beautiful large garden can be used with pleasure - the annex has its own terrace. The situation is quiet and in a village atmosphere with nearby shopping. The landlord lives in the main house.

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Quiet accommodation at Wilhelmshöhe (ICE) train station

My small but nice flat is within walking distance of the Wilhelmshöhe train station (the station is about a 3-minute walk away). From there you can reach destinations all over Kassel by simply getting on one of the trams or buses. The Documenta exhibition sites in the city centre are about 13 minutes away. There are several restaurants and shopping facilities close to the flat. The flat is located in a quiet side street.

This is a lovingly converted attic with a separate entrance, which was recently completed and is equipped by Holzaura. Here our guests will find a living room with integrated kitchen, shower + sink & bedroom. The toilet with sink is located separately in the apartment. Internet access (Wi-Fi) & a TV are provided.
