My lovingly furnished beautiful accommodation in a well-kept quiet location in a beautiful Bavarian town south of Munich. Very good transport connection. Train in 25 minutes at Marienplatz, free parking. Family friendly, pets 10€ per day. Proximity to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance of all shopping facilities, Friday weekly market regional offers. Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. You will love my beautiful place the location, green surroundings, nice quiet atmosphere.

Monoblock air conditioning box. Neighbourhood quiet residential estate right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy anywhere. S-Bahn 7 min walk or 1 min bus. 15 min drive to Marienplatz.

The 2 -room apartment is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich, with covered south-facing balcony. Living room with open fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room and hallway. You can reach the train (S-Bahn) in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It lasts - 10 minutes to eastStation, 20 minutes to Munich MainStation. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

The premises are on two levels and are open plan. A private garden with terrace awaits you in summer surrounded by old trees. This cottage is ideal for couples or families with one child. In the countryside and yet close to the city. Our light-flooded, new apartment is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in the Solln district and is well connected to public transport, which takes you to the center. Within walking distance are not only all the delicious restaurants and supermarkets, but also the beautiful Isar river and the Forstenrieder Forest. Just the right place for a perfect city trip.

The town center is within walking distance in approx. 10 minutes. By tram line 25 from Derbolfinger Platz, you can reach the center of Munich in half an hour. Alternatively, you can also use the nearby S-Bahn station Furth (5 minutes by car).
