It is an 80 m² attic apartment on 2 levels (1st floor: hallway, wardrobe, built-in closet, shower room/toilet, 2nd floor: loft with complete kitchen, bar, dining table, couch (or sofa bed), desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom (toilet/bathtub/washing machine) and folding bed if necessary. Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 7-minute walk or 1-minute bus. 15-minute drive to Marienplatz.

Our cozy apartment is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment.
