The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Cozy 32m² studio on the 7th floor, walking distance to Olympiahalle / Olympiapark concerts, festivals, BMW Welt & Museum with a west-facing balcony and beautiful sunset views. Includes a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and a large window for natural light. This is my personal home, so my belongings will remain, but you're welcome to make yourself comfortable and use everything. I'm a frequent Airbnb guest and excited to host now.
