Holiday rentals with a patio in Bay Islands Department

Definitivamente de lo mejor para hospedarse en Utila. La atención de la anfitriona es impecable, sumamente amable y considerada. Se encargaron de ofrecernos una experiencia inolvidable. La atención de Raquel fue un 10 de 10. La vista es preciosa y deseamos poder hospedarnos nuevamente en una próxima visita a la isla.

Mi Familia y yo quedamos encantados con el lugar, impecable, muy callado, camas súper comodas, la casa con bonitos acabados y muchos detalles, cocina bien equipada, el lugar es facil de llegar, Ana estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros, y el carro definitivamente un gran plus ya que la isla es grande y se disfruta más con esa libertad. Realmente muy recomendado para familias, definitivamente volveremos.

Wanda was a very attentive host. Everything in the condo was as expected. It was great not having to worry about RECO electricity as it’s included, so it wasn’t a problem using the AC. The pools are a real bonus too. Thanks Wanda!

Shanna’s place is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, which is just what we were looking for. The place is very true to the pictures and description and our only regret was not making our stay longer 😎. Bill was very attentive and helpful and, no doubt, one of the best hosts you can ask for. Wonderful place, wonderful people, definitely recommend it.

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour chez Heather! La piscine est l'attrait principale ! Nous avons adoré la présence des deux chiens, ils venaient nous reconduire jusqu'à la route principale!🫶🏼 Le logement est super bien rapport qualité/prix ! Il est facile de se voyager jusqu'à West End en taxi 2$/personne ou en bus 1$/personne, ils passent très souvent ! Nous avons aimé notre voyage et nous nous sentions en sécurité dans le logement! 😊

Great place to stay. Beautiful views and very walkable to the beach. *The stairs to get to the AirBNB are steep. If you’re not physically fit or struggle going up and down stairs, this may not be the place for you.

Disclaimer: we actually stayed at the house next door so this is not representative of this exact listing. However, what I can share about it is that the surroundings are extremely beautiful and quiet even if just off the main road. A manager is available in case you might need anything. And most importantly the house was extremely well equipped and I can assume this might be the case for all of the listings from the owners, better equipped than my own place. Overall, great place to stay.

Had an amazing stay. We booked 2 villas- both were beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Staff was really responsive and kind. Restaurant and cafe were good. Great location between both West End and West Bay.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay and enjoy diving the West End. Easy 5 minute walk to all dive shops and restaurants. Beautiful property and neighborhood. Felt safe and in paradise. Will arrange all my dive trips to Roatan around the availability of the Almond Tree house.

Few pluses I did not realize. Free breakfast and free transportation to and from the airport. The people and place was great. Full use of the beach including kayaks and paddle boards. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great place to stay.

Barb and Jay’s place was absolutely perfect for us! It’s an adorable set up that makes you want to stay forever. They both were so kind, helpful and very responsive. They had a taxi pick us up from the airport and take us to the property where they had a bottle of wine waiting for us. It’s super close to the main strip of West End, we walked everywhere. Overall great stay, great people, would recommend!

Spacieux appartement à Sandy Bay. Endroit tranquille et apaisant. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour! Il n’y a pas de table à l’intérieur de l’appartement mais la petite table extérieure convient tout à fait. Le quai permet de se baigner (il y a des algues sur le bord de l’eau) ce qui est tout à fait agréable. L’accès au resort a fait le bonheur de nos enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. L’hôte a été exceptionnel : très réactif et aidant tout au cours de notre séjour.

El lugar es precioso en medio de la selva, necesitas vehiculo para ir a la playa o hacer un poco de senderismo, la casa es preciosa y enorme, el contacto con los dueños fluido Te facilitan el contacto de un agente que te soluciona cualquier necesidad de alquilar vehiculo, excursiones, cambio de moneda, taxi etc.. Y las chicas de la limpieza que puedes contratar por separado son un encanto, siempre dando facilidades, repetiremos, sin duda

This condo met my family's needs during our diving trip. The owner helped me connect with her property manager, and she in turn coordinated transportation for us (a) from the airport to the condo with an intermediate stop for groceries and (b) from the condo back to the airport at the end of our trip. The owner was flexible about our check-in time, and the property manager met us upon arrival, ensuring that we had access to the condo and were familiar with all of its resources before she departed. The upstairs neighbors sprang into action when we had a WiFi problem, and they helped ensure that we were able to access an alternate WiFi source. We only used the AC in the two bedrooms at night, and we ended up paying an extra $25 in electricity charges for our 5-night stay in early April. There's ample cross-ventilation during the daytime when the doors are open. The condo's location makes for a safe and peaceful environment that's a short walk to restaurants and dive centers.

We had a great week at this condo! Vanessa was extremely responsive to all questions. She arranged our pick up at the airport which was very helpful. The condo was spacious for our family of four and the pool was a great amenity. We loved taking a water taxi to the Mayan Princess in West Bay to enjoy the beach and pool. Snorkeling was amazing right off the beach! The condo was a short walk to all of the great restaurants in West End. There are a lot of steps to get up to the condo so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Like some others said, the linens & decor could use a refresh but overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

One of the most beautiful places I have stayed, the views were spectacular, the place its self is much better than staying in a 5 star hotel. We went there for diving and all of the main dive sites were walking distance. The communication with Bill and Ramona was amazing.

The house was exactly as described and the check in process was very smooth. Beautifully accommodated our family for the 2 weeks we stayed here. The location was perfect, walking distance to some great beaches and restaurants and for everything else there was the water taxi! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

This apartment truly exceeded our expectations, providing a lovely and comfortable environment equipped with all the essentials for our stay. We felt secure and at home throughout our time here. Its convenient location made it easy to access various amenities, including grocery stores, taxi services, restaurants, dive shops, beaches, and shopping options.
