Impressive sunset from upper bedroom, large deck for evening relaxing amongst the tropical gardens. 3 mins from gorgeous Ocean Beach and 3 mins from beautiful harbour. Beautiful harbour views very short walk to famous waterfront parua bay tavern nice meals and childrens play area. Close to all the beaches and numerous walking tracks. launch your boat just over the road. Fabulous sunsets. Has 55” smart tv in the lounge with Netflix utube etc A second tv in bedroom set up with chrome cast. Outdoor table and chairs with lovely views of harbour and garden. Table tennis table Facility to charge EV small fee applies.

A Piece of Paradise - 4

Malcolm (retired Architect/builder) and Penny (retired dance teacher) started building this house in 2014. Built to provide comfortable shelter, whatever the weather, with sweeping views of the Bay of Islands. Peace and tranquility yet 1.5 kms from the centre of Russell and 2.5kms from the beautiful Long Beach. We look forward to sharing it with you and telling you about all our favourite places, walks and things to do in the area.
