Rustic cabin

A unique, octagon, cedar log cabin, situated on 40 secluded wooded acres. A short hike over the Sucker River on a storybook foot bridge to a generous deck which surrounds the cabin. You will need to be very physically fit to stay here. You must climb a steep ladder to the loft and do a 2ft step to get off the deck to the marshy land below for making a sun a fire. Also bring a sense of adventure! Wildlife is very near. We do not allow animals or smoking of any kind, sorry.

My place is close to Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands It is located 2 miles north of Washburn or 10 miles south of Bayfield. Peaceful country setting, the long house is a freshly remodeled mobile home. Sorry, no pets. I have increased the number of guests to six . There are 4 double beds in the cabin.
