Our private 1 bedroom downtown apartment provides a private lakeside experience as well as access to amazing restaurants right outside your door. In addition to being in the Willy Street neighborhood, we are on the bike path and a short walk to the Monona Terrace, State Street, and the Capitol. Don't feel like going out? Take out the kayaks, have a cup of coffee on the dock, or roast marshmallows by the campfire. Or rent our pontoon boat for an additional fee. Fully sanitized between stays.
“If you are looking for a place on the lake, that is perfect for two this is it! The apartment is very clean and in a great location. You can walk or bike on the path right outside the main home. Wonderful restaurants are within walking distance and you can eat on the patio while enjoying a lake view. The bed is super comfortable. We would love to return in the future!”
Quiet ranch style home in Madison suburb. Midway between downtown and Epic, convenient access to multiple bike trails, grocery store, Target, shopping and restaurants. Enjoy a cozy guest room on the first floor all to yourself, and feel welcome to enjoy shared spaces like the finished basement w/ living room, and laundry if you need it. Fenced in backyard. Off street parking, PLUS I can provide you with evening/weekend parking downtown.
“Wonderful place to stay, almost in between Epic and downtown Madison. Squeaky clean, comfortable, cozy and easy on wallet. Danielle is quite a conversationalist, and suggested some interesting places to visit. Would definitely recommend it and if opportunity presents itself, I will be back there again.”
Featured on the National Register of Historic Places, this unique 1916 “granny cottage" stands behind our home in the gorgeous Village of Shorewood Hills. Centrally located, we are just a few walkable blocks from UW Hospital and Picnic Point, and walking/biking distance from UW, the Capitol, Hilldale Shopping Mall, Whole Foods and plenty of restaurants. Because we are in a quiet neighborhood, we have a 3 guest maximum. This is a place to retreat and relax and enjoy the best of Madison.
“Christa’s place is charming. The neighborhood is lovely with a great place to walk nearby (picnic point!). Check in was easy as well as communication. We loved having our morning coffee on the back porch listening to the birds. It was so peaceful. The indoor space is cozy. Our little family of 3 handled the limited space just fine, but if you have someone in your group who needs their own space away from all others, I would consider another listing.”
