Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Bayside City

I spent such a comfortable week in Christian's place, and his flexibility to my travel schedule is fully appreciated. The apartment had everything one needed for an easy breakfast, else great cafes were just a short walk away. The large balcony was very welcomed for some days where I just wanted to spend quiet time indoors. Just to note I stayed across a weekend, and while there was some fun chatter in neighbouring blocks, the sliding doors are very soundproof so that was helpful.

The apartment is beautiful but still livable. Clean and very comfortable. The parking is secure and convenient. Claire and Nick are friendly and responsive to any problems, which were small. I would highly recommend and happily return.

The accommodation was perfect, central location and easy to get around. The styling of the space is stunning, makes you feel right at home. Loved our time here

Excellent location with restaurants and coffee shops basically just out the front door . Very busy Smith Street but Alexander’s apartment is tucked away and is very private and quiet . Very comfortable bed and great shower with tub . We stayed 5 weeks and had everything we needed . Definitely would stay again .

This place is absolutely lovely!!! Your sense of style is truly amazing and impressive. This is the best place I have ever stayed. I‘m so sad that I can’t extend my stay—I‘ve completely fallen in love with this place. Thank you for hosting this wonderful home on Airbnb. I don’t think I will ever find a better place in my lifetime!🥹🥹🥹 The only downside: It's next to the road, so sometimes it can be noisy if you have a crazy driver. Other than that, there's nothing else.🩵

We absolutely loved our stay at Isabelle’s! She was very supportive and kind while we stayed there for our holidays! We really loved the little garden space outside the home. The interiors of the house needs commending! We loved the natural light that came into the kitchen and the whole house. We also loved there was so much space to walk around the house. It was also convenient to have the mall just being a 5 min walk from the house as well. We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone exploring the beaches from Brighton to Mornington!

Lots of space in the living area and within easy reach of the restaurants and leisure centre in Carnegie. Also easy access to train and tram route into the city. We had some difficulty with the Kevo app to open the front door (maybe because we had UK phones?) but enjoyed the other 'high tech' and even found the washing machine without help!

I stayed for a few nights while I was visiting my family. Great location and easy to get around the area. Apartment had plenty of room to move and kitchen facilities had everything I needed. Bathroom was modern and spacious

The location is great. You can walk to everywhere without a car or Uber driver. It's 5 min walk to many Italian foods and a cute grass field, 10 min to the Uni Melb and tram station. Host Valeria is friendly and always responsive. The self check-in was really smooth. The accommodation was tidy and nice. The sofa and bed were cozy.

Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

Such a beautiful welcoming stay that feels like home. It was the perfect location for exploring Melbourne and so close to every major tourist attraction. Ky was so friendly, welcoming, and pro active on chat. She gave us some great recommendations for local attractions. Kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking a meal at home too. P.S. Plant lovers will love this place!

Beautiful and sunny top floor apartment. The place was very quiet but in great location near all the shops and bars in st Kilda. Lawrence was very helpful and quick on responses.
