Beach apartment holiday rentals in Bayside, Queens

This is the best value accommodation in Brooklyn and Queens. If you commute up North by car regularly you will have to pay the tolls, so getting a EZPass Transponder is essential. You should plan far out if you take MTA. It is also amazing that there is a washer, dryer, and stove that some other Airbnbs restrict or don't have. Street parking is manageable unlike some densly populated parts in the city. Also being by the beach is great.

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

Great hospitality and communication was excellent. View of the water and lots of space. Could also park right out front, vet accommodating and friendly.

Julio was a great host, very communicative and very compliant. Everything was how it was described and didn’t have any issues with anything in the unit. I will definitive be a return customer.

We had a fantastic stay at Holly's apartment, and felt right at home. We stayed for a week and would definitely recommend for longer stays. The apartment has great amenities and we loved the furnishings! The commute to NYC is simple and convenient, though the path station is around a 20 minute walk. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.

Firstly, the place is reasonably close to the PATH station by walking (~10mins), which then will get you to NYC in less than 15mins by PATH. The surrounding area is very lively even until night. Not loud, but alive in a good way. Not dodgy and all. Restaurants and CVS are just right around the corner. The house and amenities are clean, very well maintained. The room is as pictured. Not too big, but i would say it’s enough. Bathroom is exceptionally clean. Pranay is super nice and very responsive. He’s very reasonable and a great host. Lastly, i feel that we get what we paid for. It’s very reasonable, not overpriced. Very simple and straightforward. So yeah, we’re satisfied with everything. Thanks for hosting us.

We had such a nice, comfortable stay while in town for a work trip (and with our pup). The condo was super clean, the perfect size, and an ideal location to get in and out of NYC. It is also right near the main street in Hoboken with an excellent variety of bars, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend and we would certainly stay again!

The apartment was stylishly finished, clean, and met all of our needs. Location was great for walking to coffee shops and restaurants downtown. The space was quite comfortable, and Franco was very responsive and worked to make our stay painless. Would gladly stay here again.

The pictures dont donit justice, Anna's place is much bigger than in the pictures and sparkling clean and done up very tastefully. Everything was very eas and she left detailed instructions which made everything very easy and simple. Anna was always available and very easy to get in touch with. She was extremely hospitable and understanding and me and my family felt completely at home there.

1. good location 2. very clean apartment 3. excellent beds and linens 4 stars only because there are no elevators to the 3rd floor. otherwise, a great place to stay, close to midtown Manhattan, not far from Jersey City. Since we were a group, we used Uber and every place was less than less than $30 for XL uber!

We managed to get an early check in and a late check out for a reasonable fee, I would think, so that helped a lot! The place is close to the diner, Miss America and host of other restaurants. Going into NYC from here is also very convenient. The place has a tight security, and the reception person(s) who was on duty was also helpful answering to the questions we had as well. The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!
