What a super time we had staying here. Very spacious and clean apartment and the description fully matched the reality. Location wise is excellent as you are within a few minutes walk of beaches and the town. Our hosts were always on hand if needed and took great interest in making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend anyone staying here who wants a holiday with a home from home feel

Traveled off season to this lovely house just outside a wonderful, walkable town. Our GPS sent us to the wrong location but Karolos was responsive and helped us find the house. We loved the deck overlooking the beach and sea. There was some pre-season maintenance happening that blocked our access via the house path to the beach but we found another way to access it. We also had a very friendly cat who visited us daily for attention. We loved Aigos Nikolas and would return again!

Good day! The villa is modern and good furnished, placed close to very nice beach. The staff is very friendly and hospitality. Is not far from spectacular town Agios Nicolas and only one hour way from Heraklion airport by scenic road. We spent really nice vacation!

We had a great time at Katerina’s Beach House. The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. we very much enjoyed the cafe and the beach just over the street. I would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!
