Situated in woodland and fields is a small c18th farm with a beautiful light open-plan Cottage and spectacular views of National Trust Gibside and the Column to Liberty. Wild swimming, cycling and endless walks lie just beyond its gate. One of five dwellings, the Cottage has a private entrance and exclusive use of a small south-facing garden.
