Cette maison de maitre partage sa cour avec un moulin à huile à Donzy et son charme ne vous laissera pas indifférents. Elle est posée majestueusement sur la rivière. Nous l'avons rénovée récemment, en préservant son authenticité et son caractère, elle sera idéale pour quelques jours en famille ou entre amis, à proximité de Pouilly et Sancerre, proche du chateau de Guédelon. 5 grandes chambres, 4 salles de bains, un salon convivial, une cuisine bien équipée, 2 magnifiques terrasses.
