Nice studio of 23m2 completely renovated in the city center of Valencia. Modern and bright atmosphere. Nice quiet area, located in the countryside surrounded by fields, we rent an apartment located on the ground floor of our house. The entrance is private. This 50 m² apartment is composed of an independent kitchen with small adjoining terrace, a living room with the bedroom separated by a glass wall (double bed 140 x 200) + (extra bed + baby bed), bathroom with separate toilet and dressing room. Parking spot This place would be an excellent fit for VRPs.

Come and take a break at this warm and stylish place or a business trip, we'll be happy to welcome you. Located in a townhouse on a passing axis that leads to the city center, renovated and tastefully decorated. The train station is a 15min walk and we are 2.5 km from the south exit of the Sun Highway. Our apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people, but it can easily accommodate up to 6 people thanks to our sofa bed in the living room.
