La Maison de Melmont

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

'Le Citron' 🍋

You will stay in our fully renovated tiny house with Wi-Fi connection open to 2 guests only (babies and pets are not allowed in the tiny house, as the accommodation is neither safe nor suitable for babies.) It is located at the bottom of a fully enclosed interior garden, quiet, sheltered from the wind, overlooking the main house where we reside. The accommodation is completely independent, you will stay there alone and access to the tiny house is through a private entrance.

La Petite Éole – 70s decor

This colorful 1970s-style cottage is located in Normandy halfway between Dieppe and Rouen, 5 minutes from the highway, the TESLA electric supercharger terminal and 10 minutes from the SNCF train station! Renovated in 2024, this cottage sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children). - Open south-facing room, bright, with views of fields, pond and wind turbines, - Mezzanine with open sleeping area with 2 single beds, - Bathroom & shower / kitchen, - Fenced garden, - Private parking.

The entrance is independent of the Normandy farmhouse that I have just restored. Cottage for 4/6 people with indoor heated pool

Michael welcomes you for an unforgettable stay in Normandy in the village of La Bouille! When you open the doors, you will be won over by its carefully decorated interior! Outside, its large terrace overlooking the pool, and the back garden will offer you different places to relax. A swimming pool (12 m x 5 m) and a hot tub will be private. A quiet, non-smoking country house Like any self-respecting old house, it has traces of wear and tear, but I promise I'll pamper the house just for you. Check-in is at 5 p.m. and check-out is at 1 a.m. in order to be able to welcome you in the house (I don't have a magic wand 😉) 3 bedrooms equipped with a double bed each, will allow you to rest. Possibility to put a baby bed, please ask me. Linens included, towels too
