Maison agréable et lumineuse. A l'étage 3 chambres équipées de lit double dont une chambre parentale de 15 M2, la pièce de vie fait 61 M2,la salle de bain est équipée d'une douche ,d'une baignoire et deux 2 vasques et fait 9M2. 7 min du péage autoroutier de valence sud, 2 km de la gare valence ville. Quartier résidentiel.Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées. je n'accepte pas les animaux( ou très occasionnellement) 2 nuits minimum,7 en août Lit parapluie et chaises hautes sur demande.

Charming villa 100% independent, whose interior has been renovated very recently. Located in a quiet area, on the outskirts of the center of St Péray (10 min. walk). All rooms are located in half a floor and are open to a terrace and to the outside. The garden is ideal for barbecues for families or with friends. WIFI internet access is available throughout the house and allows you to work remotely without worry about connection. A PC is even available for your use.

Modern 95 m2 house in a small village of the Drome des Collines. Close to St Donat sur l'Herbasse (2 min) and Romans (20 min), Valence (25 min), Lyon (50 min). This recent 2019 construction is modern and welcoming. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a large 60 m2 living room, a 55 m2 wooden terrace with jacuzzi (in service from March to October only) overlooking a magnificent view of the Ardèche and Vercors mountains.
