A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin in the middle of the trees, in a cool and quiet location between my house and a caravan on the GR 51. You can do your old-fashioned toilet with toilet and water jar or you have behind the cabin a cold outdoor shower with water reserve. There's no kitchen in the cabin. Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

Several hiking trails on site, "La Siagne" river 15 minutes' walk, multiple activities on site and nearby: visit to the honey farm with honey tasting/Cave/Hikes on GR/swimming in the river/treetop adventure course... My place is close to the VAL D'ALLOS ski resorts. Numerous hiking trails, close to the Verdon Gorge, and Mercantour. In the village of Beauvezer: - Pizzeria / Grocery / Country House / Bellevue Restaurant. Old carpentry workshop, under stone vault from 1719, pretty south-facing terrace, very nice for sunbathing. Free shuttle to the SKI resort, 20 minutes. (sheets and towels provided) Minimum 4 day stay during vacation period.

Chalet de la Mauna (Optional spa)

If the chalet is fully booked on your desired dates, you will also find the 'Chalet des Loups'. Nestled by the river, this chalet sleeps up to 4 people, providing a peaceful and enchanting setting for a refreshing and relaxing experience. In addition, as an optional extra, there is a private spa in a cave 50 metres from the chalet, open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm: €130 for 2 people for 1.5 hours' access.
