Monthly Rentals in Bective Lodge

A wonderful place in the countryside. Unfortunately due to our itinerary and some inclement weather we were unable to go walking but it's ideally situated if that's something you'd like to do. Paula was very responsive when we needed anything. Whilst the location is very peaceful and quiet, access to main roads is very close by so as long as you have transport it's a great place for daily excursions. Would definitely recommend.

Stephen was a great host, very welcoming and always there to recommend things. The area was extremely beautiful and we were lucky enough to have good weather. It’s not far to travel into Dublin either which can give another wide range of options on things to do as well as having close by shops and local restaurants/ pubs and other things like walking areas such as woods nearby. The place itself was cosy and warm and overall clean and we enjoyed the time we stayed there feeling very welcomed. We would happily stay again! Stephen has a pair off golden retrievers which are incredibly friendly and always wanted to talk when they could as well as a cat that might come a visit. In the house there was leaflets of things to do or where to eat and other things such as board games and cards. Overall Stephen has done a good job of the place and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for accommodation in the area being so quiet and peaceful but yet being close to places that suit everyone

A fabulous stay! We had an excellent time! A beautiful place to stay. With all the amenities and then some!!! Delicious bread and jam were waiting for us upon arrival. And unexpectedly also had eggs, milk, sparkling and still water!!! Highly recommended!!! Thank you again Mary and Derek
