Small balcony, crossing, south facing, not overlooked, very green neighborhood. Ground floor, air-conditioned and sunny. Large living room with lounge (TV, wifi), dining area. Two bedrooms, one on the first and one on the ground floor with a large wardrobe . Toilet on the ground floor but bathroom on the first floor.

The bathroom will complete the comfort of the studio. You will access it through the independent entrance located on the first floor on the side of the house. The garden, the 12x5 m swimming pool and its beach will enhance your stay. You will park in the house's private driveway.

The high ceilings and exceptional brightness of this south-facing apartment make it a very pleasant and warm space to stay in.
