Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

The Studio at Pirton Court

In the grounds of Pirton Court within an AONB, and with alpacas, miniature pigs and chickens in the nearby paddock, the Studio at Pirton Court, is a gem. Overlooking the wonderful countryside of Hertfordshire yet within a short walk of two Public Houses, a local shop and Post Office. The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard, with modern amenities including a well equipped kitchen and wet room with WC. Icknield Way and the Chiltern Cycleway can be accessed adjacent to Pirton Court.

Guests have exclusive access to this spacious, self contained one bedroomed apartment which has: private entrance, free wifi and off road parking. Just a few minutes drive from the theatre and shopping centre, Woolstone retains much of its quiet village character and ambience including canalside and river walks, 13th century church and 2 fabulous Pub/Restaurants. This ground floor studio apartment is based in a converted garage/barn. This is situated in the grounds of a three acre smallholding, overlooking the field with ponies grazing, this accommodation will give you a peaceful break in the countryside, whether you are taking a break, seeking accommodation for visiting relatives or on business. The apartment has its own discreet entrance but can be used together with the first floor apartment for a family of four as there is an inter-connecting door.

A well presented and spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment on a private, modern development. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)
