The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. NO PETS sorry! This property is not suitable for children under the age of 10 due to very steep duckstairs or for senior guests.

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.

Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. The barn is approximately 215 years old and situated in an English cottage garden on the doorstep of Woburn Abbey with lots of gorgeous walks in the beautiful countryside. The Abbey entrance gate is 0.4 miles away, you can walk through the deer park & extensive grounds. A public footpath takes you to the Elephant house & beyond. We are on the route of the famous Greensand Ridge & boast a lovely local pub the "Rose & Crown", serving good British food.
