Guesthouse sleeps 6 adults

Light, airy, spacious guesthouse built onto our home. Completely private with all amenities of a self catering home. We have friendly dogs that do have access our garden daily and will join you on your veranda off the main bedroom if they are outside. The village has alot of fabulous walks in the area and we have leaflets/maps in the house for your reference. A lively pub just a stride away with live entertainment most weekends. Visitors of our guests must be named and agreed prior to arrival

Garden Escape: Guesthouse next to Woodlands

The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. 1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. On the edge of the village, surrounded by fields with walking/cycling/riding; paddle boarding nearby, and easy road access to Henley, Goring, Oxford & Reading. This newly converted annexe is flexible, spacious, light & airy. Access to all the garden is encouraged and can potentially involve additional camping, guided mountain biking, and personal training.

The Lodge, Bourn, near Cambridge

A detached guesthouse located in a quiet and scenic village 9 miles outside of Cambridge. It is quiet and has lots of privacy from the road. The lodge is spacious and you will have access to some of the large garden and field on the property. A great location for venturing into Cambridge or travelling to London. A quiet rural escape. Our place is pet friendly! Although please let us know if you are bringing more than 1 pet - extra charges apply.

The Annex

A Two bedroom self contained annex with lounge, private kitchen diner and bathroom. In the small town of Burton Overy with spectacular views and a local pub that serves great food. Animal friendly and right next to a public footpath ideal for walks with or without canine friends! Positioned at the end of a lane makes this property a lovely quiet retreat for a small family or couple. Electric car charging available on the property.

Detached bungalow set in a private garden in trendy Notting Hill. An oasis of calm, less than a 5 minute walk to Portobello Road, Kensington Gardens and numerous restaurants and shops. There is no kitchen, but microwave, fridge, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses, coffee and tea. You have direct and private access to the bungalow through the garden - so total privacy when entering and leaving.
