Our house is an old cafe, renovated with eco-friendly materials. On foot : grocery store, organic shop, tobacco bar. Open view to the countryside and the surrounding woods, near the Vilaine (2km), the port and the restaurant of Folleux (6km), 20 minutes from the beaches, and 40 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan. This is the accommodation of our son (currently in Quebec) with bathroom, dry toilet, cozy space to eat with fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Independent entrance and discreet terrace.

Quiet, in the countryside and 35 minutes from the beaches, we welcome you to our 40 m2 cottage nestled in our typical Breton farmhouse where we live. Location: 2 km from the village and its shops. 6 km from Rochefort-en-Terre (one of the most beautiful villages in France), the Moulin-Neuf pond, the Brittany Prehistory Park. 10 km from the Brest-Nantes canal, for bike rides, 20 min. from La Gacilly and Malestroit, medieval town, 35 min. from the beaches and 40 min. from Vannes.

Two bedrooms, each with a 140 bed and room for 2 more people (sofa bed in the living room: chapel ceiling). (10 euro extra/night for more than 5 people). Free baby kit. Night at 70 euro, minimum 2 nights +0.70 euro/tourist tax/adult. Cleaning not included (€20 extra if desired.) tranquility and change of scenery guaranteed.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Hiking and biking possible . Françoise will give you the keys in person. Linens provided . Pets allowed . You will be asked for a deposit cheque of €350: you will be returned if no damage . 3 beds of 140 and a sofa bed in the living room in addition . 2 nights minimum stay. For the well-being of all ,parties or other disturbances are prohibited .
