Used mostly by the family. Bathroom and technical facilities have been upgraded. To keep the rent low, you must use your own towels, bed covers and sheets, and clean up after yourselves. Hytta er på 89 kvm fordelt på to etasjer, 2 bad og varme i alle gulv. Det er kjøle-skuffer, ikke fryser. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Det er vaskemaskin, tørkerom og badstue. Det rikelig med knagger og plass til oppbevaring. Hytta har tre soverom med 7 sengeplasser, tilgang til en reiseseng for små, og barnestol.
